Are Flaming Hearts melt bars Vegan?
Yes all products are cruelty free and suitable for vegetarian and vegan homes.
Flaming Hearts melt bars are skilfully created with vegan blended paraffin wax, cruelty free, vegan fragrance oils and for extra sparkle we use cosmetic mica powder and biodegradable glitter.
Can I recycle Flaming Hearts packaging?
Yes our cardboard and brown paper packaging even the packing tape is recyclable and can be put in to your recycling bin. The plastic wrapping, tape and labels on our wax melts are biodegradable and can be put in with your food waste or compost.
What is a Flaming Hearts melt bar?
Flaming Hearts melt bars are hand-poured and highly scented bars made from blended paraffin wax designed to be broken and melted in a wax warmer. Each one will gently release its scent for up to fifteen hours.
How do I use Flaming Hearts melt bars?
Flaming Hearts Melt bars are easy and convenient to use, simply snap off 1 or 2 segments of wax (depending on how strong you want the scent to be) place the wax melt in a tea light or electric wax warmer and melt.
Don’t move the warmer while its molten. Wait for it to cool before changing the melt.
Can I use Flaming Hearts melt bars in my electric style wax warmer?
Yes absolutely – Our blended paraffin wax has been designed for use in both Electric and Tea light wax warmers. Always check the manufacturers instructions before use make sure your wax warmer is in good working condition and do not move the warmer while the wax is molten.
Can I use Flaming Hearts melt bars in my tea light style wax warmer?
Yes absolutely – Our blended paraffin wax has been designed for use in both tea light and electric wax warmers. Always check your wax warmer is in good working condition and do not move the warmer while the wax is molten.
How do I remove wax melts from my warmer?
Allow wax to cool and solidify, press down on one side of the solidified melt to release and slide out of your warmers dish and replace with new segment.
*Tip - rewarm the wax melt for 1 minute for extra easy removal.
How much does delivery cost?
UK Standard delivery is £2.95, we also offer a UK Next working day service available for £6.95.
How can I place my order?
To place an order or simply browse our products, head over to our shop to start shopping! You can add and manage items in your shopping basket and securely checkout online, using Credit or debit card or pay pal.
Can I send a gift to someone at a different address?
Yes – simply enter the recipient’s name and address in the delivery section of checkout and we will send your gift straight to them.
How will I know if my order has been processed?
We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed to let you know we’ve received it and are ready to start preparing your parcel.
We will also send you a second email once your order has been dispatched to let you know that your parcel is on its way!
How will my order be sent?
Your parcel will be sent with Royal Mail, most standard deliveries arrive within 4-6 working days. We also offer a Next Day delivery service. Orders must be placed before 2pm to arrive the next working day (Mon-Fri).
When will I receive my order?
We’re pretty speedy here at Flaming Hearts, we usually dispatch Standard delivery orders within 2 working days.
If you have selected Next Day delivery option, your parcel will be dispatched the same day and delivered the very next day. Orders must be placed before 2pm to arrive the next working day (Mon-Thurs).
What if I want to make a change to my order?
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
*Please note, orders cannot be amended or cancelled after dispatch.
